If you love the taste of vegetables and have been looking for a hassle free way to cook them. This is your answer.
You can use other vegetables like carrots, broccoli and beans too.
1. Cauliflower cut into big chunks
2. Grated processed cheese
3. 1 tsp olive oil
4. Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a thick bottom pan and add the cauliflower. Keep the heat high so it get a light char coating but be careful not to burn it.
Once you get the coating add salt and pepper. Cover and cook with a lid on at a low flame for 5mins.
After 5 mins open the lid, give it a toss and add the cheese. Cover and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes on low flame so the cheese melts. Serve hot!!
